Martin Watts: FACEM
I am originally from the UK, where I was educated and did my basic medical training. After becoming a doctor I initially trained in general practice before moving to New Zealand permanently in 1995, with my wife Michelle. I retrained in New Zealand as an emergency medicine specialist, and I have worked in Invercargill since 2006.
In between times, Michelle and I have travelled extensively and raised a family and quite a number of animals. I am now excited to be involved in appearance medicine and love the fantastic results and happy customers!
Michelle Watts: RN, Aesthetician, ITEC NaSA
I was born and raised in England where I qualified as a nurse in 1989. In 2004 I qualified as an aesthetician through the National School of Aesthetics in Christchurch where I was awarded the certificate for Student of the Year and gained distinctions in my international exams. I have worked in a variety of environments: hospital wards, outpatients, nursing homes and appearance medicine. I am very passionate about Womens Health and worked as a Gynaecology Nurse in Outpatients at Southland Hospital until I opened NEO Skin Lab.
I love spending time with my three children. I have loved watching them and helping them grow into the most amaising Adults. They make me smile and so very proud every day. I also have many animals that I enjoy spending time with on our hobby farm.
I am very excited to be implementing a passion of mine, empowering people to feel good about themselves.

Sheila Kerr: Tooth Whitening Practitioner
I was born in Scotland living mostly in Glasgow, where in 1977 I qualified as a Dental Surgery Assistant at the Glasgow Dental Hospital & School. From 1979-1990 I lived in the middle East being a stay at home Mum to my two Daughters. In 1994 I qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Glasgow Dental Hospital working in 3 different practices, until my Husband “surprised” me with getting a job here in New Zealand. We have lived happily here with our Son for the last 12 years.
I recently retired from Dental Hygiene but didn’t feel quite ready to give up working with the friendly Southlanders I have come to love. I decided to train as a Teeth Whitening Practitioner and I am a member of the NZCTWA (New Zealand Cosmetic Tooth Whitening Association). I am excited about my new role and look forward to brightening smiles and being part of the lovely NEO Skin Lab Team.
