Martin is NEO’s exclusive and in-house Appearance Medicine Doctor. Originally from the UK, Martin trained and became a Doctor in 1988 before moving to New Zealand in 1995 with Wife Michelle. Dr Watts works part time at NEO and as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at Southland Hospital.

Michelle Lewis-Watts

Michelle understands how hectic and challenging life can be and to have time to feel and look good every day. She understands that there is a connection between feeling good and looking good. When Michelle, from a small village in Cheshire moved to Leeds and started her nursing career back in 1986 she realised her passion was in caring for people, which much later also incorporated Beauty.
In 2004 she was the top student in her Aesthetics programme at the National School of Aesthetics which she completed whist also working as a Nurse and nurturing her 3 children.
In 2014 Michelle integrated both her medical and her aesthetic background and opened NEO Skin Lab (formerly NeoDerma Medical) with her Husband Martin. She was determined to create a Clinic that took the best features of all of her experiences. Being a lover of beauty, self-care and believing that everyone should have a sanctuary to rejuvenate and pamper themselves NEO Skin Lab was born.
Presently, Michelle offers a number of services, combining medical aesthetics and Beauty, but her primary focus is on cosmetic injections which includes Profhilo, AquaGold Facials, skin needling and RF Micro-needling,
Michelle holds education in the highest regard and ensures that every service offered at NEO Skin Lab is performed to the highest standard.
She has a passion for not only mastering her clients' goals to look and feel beautiful, but she also loves getting to know them and building long term relationships. She loves meeting new people and learning from different experiences.
When not at NEO Michelle loves to spend quality time with her Husband Martin, adult children, good friends and her many pets.

Veronica Kapene
NaSA, ITEC, CIDESCO
Veronica qualified in 2005 from the National School of Aesthetics in Christchurch, where she was awarded Student of the Year and is internationally qualified. Her experience in high end and luxury spas is vast, including the spa at the Millbrook Resort and manager at The Hills Golf Club in Queenstown. Her client list at the Hills was star-studded, including both New Zealand-based and international sports and entertainment A-listers. Veronica thrives on learning about skin health and keeps up to date with continued clinical development, to provide the latest treatments for clients to NEO Skin Lab. Veronica was a beauty therapy tutor at the Southern Institute of Technology for the last 7 years.

Dr Natasha Stenhouse
MBChB
Natasha graduated from Otago Medical School in 2017 and is undertaking her specialty training in Emergency Medicine. Whilst working in ED Natasha met Dr Martin and quickly realised that she shared the same passion for Aesthetic Medicine and all things skin. She is working part time at NEO alongside her job at Southland Hospital.
